Chocolate Mousse
Tuesday, 11 September 2012 | admin@lovemanuelaHi all, hope you all just doing fine.
Here’s another one of my favorite dessert, delicious chocolate mousse super easy to make and so good.
In this recipe I sponge cake stabilizer. It makes this mousse more airy, it can be left out.
chocolate Mousse
- 6 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. strong coffee
- 50 g butter
- 1 ts sponge cake stabilizer ( can be left out)
Begin by melting the butter and chocolate over a double boiler and add strong coffee.
Set it aside while and let it cool completely.

Pour all of the egg whites in a clean mixer bowl, mix it at low speed, as soon as it starts to foam and add a little bit of sugar
When meringue is whipped and finished , add the cooled chocolate
This is just so good..
I serve this dessert in small bowls and sprinkle over the kakou and topp it with some fresh raspberries.
If you make this dessert with sponge cake stabilizer you can serve the dessert right away.
Otherwise, leave it cold in the fridge for a few hours
And than just enjoy it, made with love..
wish you a nice evening
